J'y vais régulièrement et j'en suis entièrement satisfaite. C'est clean, net, propre. Je rejoins néanmoins certains commentaires plus bas. Malheureusement pas vraiment de conseils. Cependant, jadhere entièrement au cours collectif et a toute l'infrastructure dont cette salle dispose.

I'm member almost 2 years in Arts Loi and in the last year is a lot of changing. It's very clean, good ambience, the team is very friendly and professional. Congradulation to the manager, it's plaisir to be a member!

Si on est capable de s'entraîner seul et qu'on fait attention aux clauses contractuelles (léonines, on ne vous fera aucun cadeau), c'est propre et bien équipé. Certains moniteurs sont compétents, d'autres tripotent leur iphone et soupirent de matin au soir. Si vous voulez un conseil, c'est payant. Ca fait longtemps que j'y vais et jamais on ne m'a prodigué le moindre conseil. Pour résumer : bien situé, bonnes installation, encadrement pitoyable.

J'y suis inscrit depuis près d'un an. Le club est régulièrement rafraichi et les installations très à la pointe. La propreté est parfaite (en tout cas le matin). Seule la clientèle est parfois un peu prétentieuse (et exigeante). Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Je ne comprends pas les critiques si négatives... le coût, le principe d'abonnement ect... est pareil à tout autre club. Il y a un très large choix de cours collectifs. Super bien donné pour ceux que j'ai déjà suivit. L'infrastructure est tout à fait correcte. Bref rien à redire,

Tres mal géré, quand no veut se désinscrire ou qu on tombe malade on se rend compte que cette boite ne tourne qu autour du fric

This is the worse gym experience I could imagine! be very very careful about the contract you sign with them as they are very happy that you make mistake and that they can steal your money!! refuse automatic charge from the bank account, amd above all watch out to keep an evidence of terminating your contract, because they may abuse of you easily. It's not enough to receive the automatic email saying they received your email, but a real confirmation that your contract is terminated. i sent an email, moved out

Least professional service I have ever come across. Failure to follow up and then complete communications break down when trying to cancel. Am now being hassled for money I do not owe and am recommending to all in my network to avoid all health city services, but especially this one. Will be joining one of their competitors in due course.

They treat their clinets without any respect. They are expensive and if they do a mistake they don't even acknoledge. They put you pay for everything and they are the worst gym ever. Dirty lockers, unpleasant stuff, an arrogant manager. I totaly NOT recommend this gym. You will regret if you joined them.

They just care about you signing up. Then no attention whatsoever. No feedback. No cleaning the facilities. Really dirty showers. When you try to cancel the contract, they will do all kind of tricks and keep on sending invoices to your bank. Please stay away of these gyms!!!

Terrible service. The staff here are some of the most rude people I have ever come across in a gym. xxxx, xxxx -- really nowhere near being professional. The gym itself is ok. If you can get through the staff and not have any problems/questions (ever) than you should be fine. However, if you want to ask for info or need something, forget it.

Avoid this club! I had exactly the same problems as another reviewer Rebecca described below. Bought a 3 months subscribtion on the promoion with 3 free training sessions with an instructor. They never call back to schedule these sessions (what they promise to do within 3 days after you subscribe). I received mysessions only in 3 weeks and just because i didn't let it go like this and asked for it 8(!) times. They only want to get money from you - after you pay they forget that they have sold you something at all and will never deliver unless you insist. Once I was charged twice for the same month, card paymen and cash. They took cash form me no saying they take i automatically from my bank account. it was a trouble to get it bavk. Same thing with solarium - they promise to call for appointment but never do. It happened 2 times. Here I have lost my patience and went to talk with the manager. He was very surprised to here what o think about the service, promissing me it will not happen again, called the sales manager and the trainer...I don't think it will help them to improve, but at least i tried =) I general about the club - good that it's not too crowded, a lot of cardio mashines. Some nice group classes, but overs are just boring, espesially avoid cycling. Cleansiness is 7/10, sometimes a lot of hair in shower and changing rooms. Solarium is not super good quality, they obviously change lamps not too often. Personell is friendly when they sell you the subscribtion, after that it depends on their mood. Altogether - expensive club, low-quality service, not very friendly and completely unprofessional personnel. AVOID IT!

I join because it was the only gym that would take me for the three months only I went to BRU for a project (I ended up staying longer). In 8 months I have been here, I have gone from a couple of hours a week to about 10 or 12 hours a week, which I have never done ever before. I don't do weights (only a few times), but collective classes. There is a good selection: body attack, step, combat, pump... instructors are god fun so class are entertaining and also very challenging so soon your are hooked and your fitness improves, at least that is what happened to me. I know there are cheaper gyms and probably better too, but my experience with this one is real good, so I can also recommend it.

Niet hygiénisch, duur voor wat het is, en aan de receptie zijn ze nooit op de hoogte van niets. Ook problemen gehad toen ik geopereerd werd aan mijn knie, hebben ze me toch nog het volledige abonnement gefactureerd. Had een doktersbriefje en ik ben vanaf het begin af aan slecht geïnbformeerd geweest en daarvoor moet ik nu fincieel boeten. Ik ga daar weg

Do not join this gym - firstly, it is ridiculously expensive for the level of equipment and facilities. (around 90 EUR per month) when i signed up i was not given an induction or shown how to use the machines despite asking on several occasions if someone could do this, secondly, after asking 5 times if i could use the solarium (to which i was told by the arrogant manager that i had infact not asked 5 times and that someone would call me shortly) hence to say no one ever called. I also paid upfront for 3 personal training sessions and was told that someone would call me within 3 days to arrange the sessions and i had to actually end up calling them myself a week later. This is a shambles of a gym and i would not reccomend this place to anyone - not to mention the farce of trying to terminate the contract.

Watch out for their promotions ! Even if they tell you that you can try the service for one month at a reduced rate, you may end up paying at least 3 months. Make sure to read the BACK of the contract (in small fonts) They use tricky methods in order to basically steal your money. Avoid it !

little professionalism, not clean, unfriendly service.. Apart from all pbs to get rid of them I was charged twice every month ( i moved and then i changed club, from rogier to trone the communication goes apparently very slow to stop taking money from my account once I had asked and made a transfer with no problem according to them. ) Big troubles when I wanted to stop, limit with harassment on the phone and letters every week. It is the most horrible club you could ever go to. I have been to many accross the world and could speak about it.

Really disliked the attitude from the staff. My monthly fee was over 80 euros per month and the services I received were not good. The fitness instructors were often not very motivating and sometimes just boring. There was one or two classes I liked but aside from that I didn't find any of their services very useful. I never even had an orientation session, which was supposed to happen within the first month there... and when I had some personal problems that impeded me from going for a whole month, they still charged me and refused to even consider my request to prolong the contract by a month or two weeks or anything... I got the impression that all they wanted was money but didn't give much in return. If they expect to keep clients or to have good recommendations they need to start paying more attention to their client's needs and be a little more polite. What's even more, when I wanted to cancel my contract they told me that I have to make an appointment - which is during workhours! - and I have to come in and speak with someone and sign a paper and if I didn't do that by the end of the month I would be automatically charged for another month! Why couldn't they just let me sign the paper when I was there and asked to end my contract?!?! Very unpleased with this club and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

als 'business' staat voor geld uit Uw zakken kloppen, dan klopt het plaatje: ondermaatse properheid, vetusteit, gebrek aan discipline ter opruiming, en vooral, doktersbriefje en ziekenhuisattest in de hand (2maanden 100% arbeidsongeschikt) sturen ze je de factoringmaatschappij ter invordering: zéér klantvriendelijk, en zéér business: men ziet het trouwens aan het veranderend niveau van de frequenterende bezoekers...ik ga opnieuw naar aspria...

Un club qui se prétend buisness, ok voyons... Le matériel est usé, les sièges de la plupart des installation sont sur la pluparts usés prêts à se déchirer. La propreté laisse à désirer au niveau des tapis de sol, les murs sont défraichis. Le personnel vous regarde avec Dollars écrit dans les yeux, essayant de vous vendre un abonnement à quand même 73 euros par mois. Pour rentrer dans le club c'est 99 euros de droit d'entrée+ 49 euros de cotisation unique d'entrée +29 euros pour les conseils obligatoires d'en entraineur... quelle arnaque... Très au point pour critiquer les clubs concurents, je les ai invité à une visite plus approfondie...
