ING in Bruxelles must be the biggest joke in the banking world and probably a bank from hell! ..they should cease to exist. Try to call them hahaha well you can listen to fur elise (it is 2017) try to mail them oh nooon toc toc no one at home...staff seem to be on lunch the whole day. According to the answer they on ligne...with whom ? For sure not a client... We value your opinion...well no you only value your gain to your own pockets..and give a shit about your customer! After 26 years it is over for once and all..

Franz Kafka is alive and well and living in Brussels. It took ING Bruxelles Schuman 6 weeks to provide me with a pin code, after I lost my bank card. As anyone who has had an ING account, not least at this branch, it is virtually impossible to get through on the telephone. I ended up making a complaint, and then sending a complaint to the Ombudsman. I got my pin code, but soon afterwords I couldn´t withdraw money. The merry-go-round started again and finally I was told there was a problem with my address. I sent the documents necessary but to no avail. My emails went unanswered and I had no idea what I had done wrong. Then today I received a letter recommandée saying that ING had terminated our "relationship". The letter was signed more than 2 weeks ago! and all of this time I was unable to have access to my money! In other words as soon as I refered the matter to the Ombudsman ING closed my account! Yes, Franz Kafka is alive and well but it is not Mr. Kafka, but little Franz, a five year old, who instead of learning from experience, retaliates against the client when he complains. Absolutely unbelievable behaviour. As anyone can see from reading this webpage, ING is the bank from hell, and should be avoided. And perhaps firing one third of the staff, is not a good idea - after all. Respectfully yours, former ING Client Arni Snaevarr.

They don't pick up the phone. Emails are answered only after several days. Being abroad, the service is really bad. Plus you have to pay for each call even if they don't pick. Move of branch, that's also what they want you to do.

I had really bad experiences with ING Bank in Belgium. I had an account in Brussels. Problems with debit/cashcards. You have to go in person to get the new PIN number - they wont send it to you by post! They were then supposed to post me a new bank card, but kept delaying and making excuses. Absolutely dreadful bank. I also had the misfortune to spend a year working as an IT contractor at the ING Bank Brussels headquarters near Merode. Dreadful bunker of a place full of deadhead drones. So I've seen ING Bank from both sides of the counter so to speak. Avoid ING at all costs!

No service due to no training and an endemic "I don't care mentality", that bank would hardly survive in other member states of the EU.

Horrible service. Attempted to make a wire transfer to my account back in my home country, only to have the teller at reception dismissively and condescendingly give me incorrect instructions on how to do so. When they attempted to complete the transfer, they entered in the wrong routing number and quickly moved on to the next customer. AVOID OPENING AN ACCOUNT HERE, a truly horrible bank! To add to my last review, the "customer service" (LOL) representative actually laughed about my inability to complete the transfer to a colleague on the phone, obviously assuming that I could not undersand French. Again, avoid this bank at all costs

It took about 12 unanswered phone calls this morning, but finally someone picked up. Not very efficient or customer friendly I must say.

agence à éviter... Service client inexistant, conseils et suivi dossiers de très mauvaise qualité, qui vous oblige à y retourner sans cesse... Personnel déplaisant et peu aimable, sauf lorsqu'il s'agit de souscrire un prêt...

Signed a lending contract, but because the first time the forgot to do something, I must return the following week and sign again. Now, a further week after that second signature, the funds are not in my account yet. And, surprise, surprise, none replies to my phone calls, nobody even reads my emails. Has something gone wrong? No explanations, no information... ING SCHUMAN? TO AVOID LIKE THE PEST!!!

I thought banks were meant te help their customers. Mails and phonecalls: no reactions. A bank located in the international centre of Brussels. What is the point if there is no service!

They not only don't pick the phone, but even requests sent by registered letters are ignored & replied by standard actions only partially ( ING car Insurance ); I am furious and will go personally to get what I asked for. It is incredible how BE banks treat their customers!

It is a bank, where you should not go, no service at all. Do not open your accounts at ING.

The ING office cannot be reached by phone. The employees tend not to be welcoming you as a customer but make you feel like a you are a nuisance somehow and disturb them in their routine with your requests. It is difficult to get any support from them, as they also are shockingly disorganized. It took them 7 months to send me an overview of my late husbands accounts, so I could start handling the situation.

Manque beaucoup de personnalisation des contactes avec les clients /celui de long date aussi!/. Il n'y a plus indiqué les nomes des personnelles dans hall comme avant.

Impossible à les joindre mais ils sont capables de vous appeler 10 fois pour proposer un plus grand découvert sur la visa ou la possibilité d'etre en découvert sur le compte à vue. Quand j'ai envoyé un mail pour dire à la responsable que c'est tout sauf un "conseil aux clients" de proposer des crédits et que j'en ai marre que MA "conseillère" m'appelle plusieurs fois pour me proposer des choses pour lesquelles j'ai déjà dit non elle m'a répondu que sa collègue fait son travail.... j'ai transferé mon compte ailleurs.

ING BANK est une banque à éviter à tout prix. Expert et conseiller financier je sais de quoi je parle. Tous mes clients qui ont ouvert un compte chez ING BANK sont mécontents. L'agence ING R. SCHUMAN c'est le mépris total du client. On s'occupe à peine des fonctionnaires CEE parce qu'ils ont des comptes bien garnis. Il y a aussi les xxxx sur les assurances "life" dont le client n'a vraiment pas besoin. Chez la clientèle professionnelle, on se sert de votre argent mais la banque n'accompagne pas bien ou pas du tout le client dans ses besoins financiers.

J'ai un compte dans cette agence depuis 1998, mais je suis décidée à le clôturer dès que possible!! Personne ne répond au téléphone, à aucune heure du jour, les conseillers fififigèrent les comptes (=notre argent) de façon approximative et non professionnelle, en transférant des montants au pif d'un compte à l'autre (même depuis ceux sur lesquels ils n'ont aucun mandat), ce qui entraîne des erreurs et des découverts et des lettres du siège que le client doit payer plus de 8 euros!! Depuis une semaine j'attends de fiprendre un rdv, pas de réponse à mes emails ni à mes appels. C'est comme ça qu'ils montrent que le client est important? À éviter absolument!!!!! - Pas possible de donner 0 étoiles mais ce serait plus approprié!

incroyable, ça ne répond vraiment pas! Le répondeur conseille toujours d'appeler plus tard!Et on y laisse dormir notre argent! J ain un taux hypothécaire de plus de 4 % je dois absolument le rené travaille loin...quelles sont mes options

Tout a fait d"accord vient juste d'ouvrir un compte malheureusement et quelle erreur injoignable au téléphone soit ils sont debordés ou alors rien a faire du change d'agence

Cette "agence" ne devrait même pas etre ouverte tellement son personnel est incompetent, indisponible, meprisant. Les clients n'ont vraiment aucune importance pour eux.

J'ai été récemment reçu par une dame de la cinquantaine typée asiatique (aucun problème à ce niveau je suis moi-même asiatique) et elle m'a litéralement crié dessus avec une agressivité outrageuse et un dédain méprisant parce que je n'avais pas bien compris ce qu'elle me disait. Agence à éviter !!
