I had great experience with Skyline. They were helpful from the very begining and they were "on call" during three years of my tenure. The small favours they did to me at the begining promised a good and pleasent cooperation; Skyline kept up to that promise. Certanly all the furniture, as well as all the equipement in the apartment is top quality- therefore, there were not a single problem during three years. In the second year of my stay in Belgium, thanks to the Skyline and the owner, new big refrigerator was installed. Skyline agent also helped during Check out- useful information were provided to me, which helped preparing the apartment properly. That led to the pleasent Checkout (Handover was even sweetened with chocolades). I would like to use the oportunity to send my best regards to the Skyline once again, and wish them all the best in future endevours.
Dynamic real estate company with a friendly staff that understand your needs. They are very professionnal and will do everything they have in their hands to help and to satisfy you. Large offer of high quality buildings that are always well located. The building where I live is well kept with regular cleaning services coming in and friendly international neighbours.
I rented from skyline (which should really be called undergroundline as there is nothing high about them) and I also regret it. They made us pay for things the landlord should have paid for. Exactly the same experience as this google review: "After having rented an appartment from Skyline for 5 years, I can confirm that the company is just a bunch of crooks who are using all means to cheet their clients. They will charge you for things that the owner should pay for. They did it to me and to another colleague of mine. Never rent anything from them!" And if you want to buy from them then think again before you invest in their sh**** apartment buildings. I lived in one of their new buildings which they so much take pride on, but in reality it had more problems than a 30 year old properly built building, from poor noise and air isolation to broken pipes all over the building. Imagine a "beautiful" tall NEW building functioning without running water for days, especially on the upper floors! WHAT A JOKE! But it is a costly joke for us and they are the ones laughing at their clients as soon as you end the contract with them. I learned my lesson. STAY AWAY!
I am satisfied with Skyline. This was the only agency which did not give up finding an apartment for us. Other agencies showed only one flat and then forgot us. With the the help of the Skyline representative we could find a really nice apartment within 3 working days. We have spent there almost 3, 5 years. Whenever we had a problem (e. g the washing machine or the spot light went wrong) they took care of the repair immediately.
They even hardly responds If you need any help from them. I am also victim of this.
I see some people are over reacting, I m personaly Renting In Queens PARK Property since 5 years and services from Skyline is impeccable even when a small problem can (which happened once with the mailbox) occur they have always responded and reacted quickly!
My apartment got heavily flooded and I had to look for where to stay. Company did not want to give a financial concession.
I was also unfortunate enough to rent a small apartment from Skyline. Indeed, the worst customer services I have ever experienced. At the time of the moving in they kept on promising lot of things, like moving away and storing an old cupboard for me, fixing some additional lights, but at the end nothing had happened. But the biggest surprise hit me when my apartment was flooded from the 6th floor due to a water pipe burst. Electricity and water supply was temporarily cut, and all affected persons in 8 apartments had to move to hotel. This is still fine, but SRS insists on to paying rent even for those days when the apartments were in unliveable condition. Outrageous! Avoid renting from them as much as possible!!!
I'm in the same case as the person of the review of 03/02/2014: an investment of 465.000 euro, not a single euro income and a lost of costs after 6 months!!! They promised me a monthly income of at least 1.400-1.500 euro, but only 1 person seemed to be interested to pay 1.100 euro!! One important advice: DON'T BELIEVE THEIR MARKETING TALK!!!! EVEN 1 SINGLE RATING STAR IS TOO MUCH!!
1 important advise if you want to invest in an appt with Skyline: don't believe the marketing talk of their Renting Services ("In short: you have a nice return and not the slightest worry!")!!! After almost 5 months, my appt isn't still rented and I'm afraid it will still take some time! 'Nice' investment: 450.000 euro, a lot of supplementary costs and taxes and not a single euro income ;-((
I'm living in Brussels for the last 3 years and have rented an appartment with skyline services since six months. To my opinion Skyline Services is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It started during the setup of the contract where you really had to read between the lines to find the hidden costs. I even doubt if all of them where in line with the legislation. Luckely they agreed to leave them out of the contract by I doubt everybody has the same knowledge to find those issues in the contract This being said I already heart a lot of complaints from my neighbours when i enterred the building. I thought it could never be that bad seen the monthly rental price (+1000 euro)? Now, six months later i had to admit that it's even worse then i even thought? Or in which category can you place a company that does not the smallest effort to prevent the building from robbery? The front door of the building is broken and can be easily accessed by everyone for the last six months, not the slightest effort have been done by them to fix this problem. Meanwhile 4 or 5 burglaries have occurred offcourse for none of them skyline services is responsible. My own front door was not repaired by skyline services after a robbery within 2 months until we had to do it ourselves. Furthermore I really have the feeling that they threat the renters as a little child that you promise a candy so it will go away with their complaints. Next to this there are 100 other issues, never being solved by Skyline Services so believe me, never rent anything from this company, I'm sure i won't ever again in the future and all my neighbours have the same feeling about this Company. Also for the owners of the appartments who want to make skyline services responsible for their proprety : think twice before engaging would be my recommendation.
