We hebben nog niet zo lang geleden een printer van HP gekocht. Na nog geen 2 weken gaf deze fout melding, printkop error, kon niet meer printen. Al 2 keer omgeruild, niets anders dan misserie, opnieuw hetzelfde probleem. Het geld teruggeven zodat ik een andere printer kan kopen willen ze niet. Die man die ik aan telefoon kreeg vond het precies normaal dat de producten die ze verkopen niet deugen. Klantvriendelijk? niets van. Ze zijn waardeloos. Media Market is nu een winkel waar ik nooit, maar dan ook nooit zal binnen gaan. Rating voor goed service=nul (0) of minder als dat kan.
Ok so how should I start, the staff at the after sales service is the worse staff ever. I bought an LG Sound Speaker from Media Markt Liege at the Mediacité because I was there for the weekend. When I came back to Brussels I found out that it wasn't working, so I contacted the Media Markt helpline to see if I could change it here in Brussels; they said that I could change it in any store in Belgium as long as I have my receipt with me. Therefore, I decided to go to the store at Rue Neuve, and guess what? They said I could not change it here because I need to return back to liege otherwise they need to send it to the LG company and that takes about 3 weeks to get repaired/replaced. I tried to tell the guy that I called the helpline and they assured me that I can change it anywhere in Belgium, but he was not convinced. Therefore, I had to go to Liege and change it, and I asked this guy at the after sales service if it was true regarding what the other guy at the store in Brussels told me, he said it wasn't and that he just replaced a product for a lady who bought it herself in Ostende and changed it in the store at Liege with no problem at all. I was pissed off because I felt I was betrayed. Please fire all those people at the aftersales service because they know nothing about the company policy and get people who are passionate about what they do, and not those who will worsend and tarnish your reputation as a compnay. You have lost a loyal customer who always had good memories of Media markt, and I am sure if this continue, others will also start complaining. Thank you.
Mediamarkt online is making people fool 6 week ago i order fridge and delery of media markt come to me and is full damage fridge they told me we give you 25 euro bon with this you can shop for 25 euro i reject his offer they took back fridge now 6 week i call every week for my money back but they told me your product is not back in our system if we got back product we will call you.i decided never buy again media markt online in my life.
I can't remember ever leaving a shop feeling so depressed and angry. Went in at lunchtime with the intention of buying a sonos play:5 system. I noticed that the special offer bundle of a play:3 and Bridge was on very prominent display, and was dominating the whole area. The small print on the literature suggested the offer should only run til the 30th June ( it is 16th July) so I assumed those nice guys at Media Markt had extended the offer and my luck was in. I attracted the attention of a very grumpy shop assistant who clearly did want to come and help me even though he was only going through the motions of tidying a nearby display. Three times I had to ask. I asked him about the offer. He said it was no longer available. I asked why it was it was on display and said it should be taken down as it expired over 2 weeks ago. He said I could take the leaflets if I want but the offer was finished. Ok I thought, bad store management, but I would buy what I came in for anyway. But before I could ask, mr grumpy was back tidying his display and staring blankly at a nearby monitor with no intention of assisting. Basically just walked off in the middle of a discussion no apology nothing. So Media markt there is one guaranteed sale you lost and many more as I will never set foot in this store or any media markt ever again. Never been treated so rudely in a shop in my life. avoid.
Ik heb een laptop gekocht bij mediamarkt in de nieuwstraat. Normaal gezien is er twee jaar garantie. Na twee maanden is het scherm defect. Zij beweren dat het scherm defect is door het krijgen van een schok. De laptop heeft echter helemaal geen schok gehad, tenzij misschien in de winkel zelf. Maar dat kun je helaas niet zien wanneer je een product koopt. Momenteel heb ik de reparatie bij ASUS zelf ingegeven. Conclusie: de service bij media markt is waardeloos, en indien men overweegt om die Plus Garantie die zij aanbieden te nemen is het dus oplestten.
I have been two days in a row visiting Media Markt rue neuve, trying to spend 800 euros in a tv. I have never seen so unfriendly staff in my life, I am talking about the TV department. First of all they are never available, then they do not know anything about manners and being customer friendly. If you don´t believe me ask the guy from SAMSUNG who was there trying to do some business...he was appalled about the bad manners of the staff. Yesterday evening I decided to spend my money somewhereelse and I went to Media Markt in Chee. de Louvain. What a difference!!! Very nice staff, friendly and helpful managed to sell me a tv for 1000 euros. Media Markt rue Neuve stinks and sucks...do not go there if you want a good service.
Your Staff whom you claim specialize in assisting customers find it so difficult to help or explain to Customers who are there to make their purchases.Honestly I love your shop but hate the luke worm attitude of ur employed staff.1) they lack knowledge in the area they claim to specialize ,when they manage to come around a customer ,he / she is in a rush to leave without reference to the customer.They only discuss their person matter with each other employee
@ vladimirsova "the staff of mediamarkt is stealing electronics from the boxes before packing" This is impossible, staff is controlled more severe than the clientele + packing happens in the factory... They DO put the empty boxes of the showroom models along with the full boxes, and stick a 'opgepast, lege doos' or 'attentoin, boite vide", what means "attention, empty box", if you can't understand dutch nor french, you can't blame them for not using english stickers, since english is NOT an official language in Belgium
The staff are a bit creepy the way they letch at young women, made me glad I'm as old as I am! They don't seem to have any kinda of common courtesy or common sense when it comes to dealing with customers. With all the unemployment at the moment it makes you wonder why the store would employ the people they have. They are incredibly unhelpful and really give the impression they'd prefer to be sticking needles in their eyes rather than work there. Go elsewhere!
Incredible. i just bought a box for 200 euros. bought supposedly camera ixus 100, but there was no camera inside the box. great present for my parents. the staff of mediamarkt is stealing electronics from the boxes before packing. be careful. open every box you buy before leaving the shop and packing it as a present!!!
