Average shop, not well managed. No price mentioned for most items. Tax added in the bill over the item price. Once, I was sold an expired pack of biscuits, and after returning it, no money was refunded, not a replacement provided. Other shops offer better service and reliability.
I'm an Indian and had been shopping here for years. The one time when I had to return the food because once I opened the sealed packet I realised it was mouldy then they still don't give you a reimbursement or voucher. I was told it was just tough luck! Really poor way of dealing with customers when there is a problem.
Superb store great ambiance I want give more star but there is five so will give five+ star so nice person.
Great and Lovely ambience. i am giving 5 star and more but there is not more star. LIKE IT.
Suryansh is Best store in bruxelles If you want buy real indian product you will get there He has a lot of variety and competitive price nothing hide he gives 5kg rice 8 eu and 10kg rice 15, 50 eu including tax. Most important you can get clear bill no doubt. He always say price including tax he is very nice person and very helpful. good location you take bus 28, 80, 27. Tram 7, and 25 Metro 1 and 5 My advice for all this is best shop for indian grocery many many times is better than garam masala.
What do you expect is a bad store? Thy have it all. Highly priced, different prices based on customer. Rate on shelf different then one charged. Apart from the high price to top it all additional tax on the bill is charged. Messily organised, you can seee everything scattered with no space to walk. Very less variety of rice and high price of it. Owner with no courtesy for customer nor welcome. Instead go to Garam masala. Good on price and he gives a special discount if you ask for just as a way of being more courteous. I get 10kgs rice on shelf for 16 euros as compared to 19 in suryansh+ tax.
I have been to this store a few times. But the last time I went to shop there I returned deeply disappointed, because while emptying the shopping bag on returning home, couple of items which I did not purchase appeared in the bag and a few I purchased, had disappeared and while some vegetables that I picked were fresh, were replaced by spoiled ones. I am very disgusted and angry that I went there. But that was a lesson learned and that will be my last visit to that shop. Not that it will make much difference to the owners but because I can tolerate anything but dishonesty. This store does not deserve even a single star. Buyers beware
Amazing shop for Dosa lovers. I love. Please note that the shop is closed on Thursdays. I spoke with them and they said.
Been there once and experience was very nice compare to Garam masala. Price list with the item names are good. Nice and Humble serice by the shopkeeper. Will continue to go and recommend to others.
Very happy with the choice of spices and lentils. I went in looking for 2 items and left with about 20. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were helpful, I found English was easier than French for communication. I'm never going to buy spices in a large supermarket again as this shop is cheaper and you get a lot more!
Nice shop for the indian groceries except for the indian vegetables(Vegetables available fresh only on Friday and Saturday). Prices definetly low compared to other indian/pakistani stores like Garam Masala and Apni Hatti. Also nice service by the person.
This is the worst Indian grocery in Belgium . I was trying to give no stars but not possible. There are 3 more GREAT !! stores in Brussels, I have good experiences with all of them. So try to visit these shops as they are 1000000000000 times better than this shop !!!!
A small but adequately stocked indian shop which has all the spices you need to prepare indian meals. Went there on a Sunday and he wasn't open at 10am. Good job I got there just before 12pm, as this when he opened the door. If you are travelling with a car, parking can be found on the street and I think the first 15 minutes are free from the machine. Best time to go is on a Sunday, as there is available parking. Got all I needed to prepare a delicious Channa dish for my Sunday evening meal.
Most importantly he gives clear bill product wise such a bill is not going to give any indian grocer.you can get advice for recipe ,abuot indian culture everything else . it is very nice person i like this shop very good ATMOSPHERE.
I have reason to believe that the cashier at the counter is less than honest. Please take a close look at your bill, you WILL be charged more than the listed price.I can get over the dirty shop, the shady neighborhood and even a few expired items, but what I can't stand is dishonesty and disrespect.most non-south asians don't realize that they're being sold expired and below quality items at exorbitant prices .
very nice person, amazing collection all indian product you must find everything ,competitive price in finally i would say that is best store in brussel ,store looks like bombay street
Very rude and bad service. Overcharged me twice. when i raised the problem there was no response. Very bad experience with this shop. Never going to come back.
A little store but well stocked. Helpful and gentle service.
good collection of Indian food, easy parking access, very polite and excellent service - a little limited on Indian fresh vegetables - but for all other stuff very well stocked, the best indian store in brussels
i love this shop because i found evrything here and most important he gives clear bill he is honest and helpful and home delivery possiblitis;
Whoever wants to waste money and time and hurt themselves by eating their adulterated grocery can be their loyal customer.they Sells expired goods and cheats customers Do not buy any dvd's..he give horible prints and Check your bill before you leave the store! he doesn't give customer any refunds on bad products he sells.
What is wrong with this Indian grocery .Really SAD...It sells expired products. The owner also sometimes overwrites the expiration dates from the products so that the customers cannot see it. He is making money but I think it's that every person is suffering. Some of my friends have complaint too. One even got small crawling bugs inside the spice packet when she opened it in her home. What does he wants to do? We are risking our families health and this guy is making money. For a couple of items I was billed two times. I ignored it thinking it was a mistake. However, it has happened twice now. On more than one occasion I have noticed, after paying the bill, he has charged me more for one or more items on the bill. I never had any bad experience whit any indian grocery in past several years living in Belgium. definitely never going back again!! NEVER !!!
Very nice person, amazing collection all indian product you must find everything ,competitive price, in finally i would say that is best store in brussel ,store looks like bombay street
