I visited this Pizza Hut whilst on a long weekend break in Brugge. The meal took over 30 minutes to arrive - the waitress apologised and my husband had a complimentary drink by way of an apology. The meal was fine when it eventually arrived.
The restaurant itself was a disgrace. It smelled fusty and dirty. The carpet was filthy.
The toilets were upstairs and there are notices all over the place asking for 40 cents to use the toilets. To be asked to pay to use the toilet when you have paid for a meal is an absolute disgrace.
We will not be visiting Pizza Hut again.
