   We used to go there twice a year. For my husband's birthday we decided to go back with the kids. What a disappointment.... we arrived at 19h30 pm and our main dish was only cooked at 22h30! There were not enough cooks and after we got our starter cooked (around 20h30) we had to wait each time for about an hour before the cook was coming back and finally cooked our dishes.... We left the restaurant at 22h30 without having our desert (which was in the menu). When we were asking the manager what was going on she just said that there were too many people! No aplogies or excuses.... A not very commercial approach at all. We will unfortunately not visit this place anymore. ...

Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it's a bit pricey, because of the type of wax they use (worth it though) and because you can't make an appointment. ...

4. Le Thai Gourmand

   Restaurant Asian Fusion | Area Joli Bois - Mont-St-Jean

   Le Thai Gourmand was an excellent choice to go. The interiors is warm and friendly - same as the personnel. Everything (including toilets - which I always deem to be a good sign for a good kitchen) was clean and just by sitting there I felt comfortable. Menu card (which is available on their Webpage) has a lot of choices to offer. I had a Tom Yam Gung and Chicken with coconut in light red curry sauce with deep fired noodles. Both really yummy with fresh ingredits. For me the price was ok for what we got. I will go there again. ...

6. Le Jardin d'Asie

   In the past few months the quality at this restaurant has gone down. And it is a shame, because my colleagues and I have frequented this place quite often. For a party of four, the dishes will come at different times, because apparently there are only two stoves in the kitchen... Fried noodles are still excellent, but beware that they are Chinese-style and not really Thai... The selection of lunch menus is extensive, and most visitors will find something that they fancy. Thai Square which is just 25 meters away is a much more authentic experience where you will be served Thai food by Thai people. You will also get crisps as a starter for free, and a smile that lasts throughout your meal. This place our new favourite! ...
