   Geachte mevrouw, Met spijt lezen wij uw review. Instant Spa Leuven is een fantastisch draaiende zaak. Bovendien wordt er zonder afspraak gewerkt. Het kan best eens erg druk zijn. Op die momenten proberen onze medewerkers snel en efficiënt iedereen verder te helpen. Wij begrijpen dat dit bij u kan overkomen alsof u 'een nummer' bent. Het is echter onmogelijk in te schatten hoe druk het zal worden. Dat is een nadeel aan dit originele concept. Maar er zijn vooral heel veel voordelen. Bij Instant Spa kom je in contact met zeer goed getrainde medewerkers die echt veel over huidverzorging weten. Ze hebben een passie. Hun kennis reikt veel verder dan klassieke schoonheidszorgen. De meeste klanten zijn erg tevreden met de uitgebreide uitleg die men krijgt en de ingrediëntenkennis van de product ...

   I wasn't happy with the way things went in the restaurant. We waited almost one hour to get our food. The waiter was not really friendly...and worst of all..the food (spare ribs) were burned black. After complaining the waiter said he tried them and they were ok for him??? That doesn't really help me. We even had to pay for them...and got insulted by the waiter on the way out....never again...this must be the worst place in Leuven.... ...

   bad food. Sorry but i've eten in lots of chinese restaurants and This one was not tasty. My chicken was too salted and My kroepoeks like cardboards. I also commanded a loempia with chicken and another with prowns. The one who was supposed to be with chicken had more soja than something else. (i know the ingredients of a loempia...) the other one was with SURIMI and no prowns to see! what the heck?! Never again... ...

    We dined at this restaurant recently and were quite disappointed.I ordered a filet of venison in a forest mushrooms dressing and was served few slices of meat covered in a bland fruity sauce. The only mushrooms in my plate were served as a side, and they were the kind you can buy at any grocery store, definitely far from any forest. My partner's hare plate was equally bland and similarly covered in the same fruity sauce. The two dishes definitely did not pack a punch, even more disappointing in consideration of the higher prices charged for the "wild" menu. We ordered a quarter of wine at the same price of two glasses and received less wine than if we had ordered two separated glasses (like our neighbours did, hence the comparison).
