Notre visite ce jour-là peut être qualifiée de demi-teinte. Nous avons eu de très beaux moments avec ce bar en croûte de sel, servi avec un superbe beurre blanc alors que la raviole de foie gras et morilles et le carpaccio de Saint-Jacques pêchaient d’un problème d’assaisonnement. Le choix des vins relève de la chasse au trésor mais le chef se fera un plaisir de vous guider. La toque ne vacille pas mais attention au prochain faux pas…
