   zeer aangename ruimten ...goed uitgerust ... zeer vriendelijk personeel... mss te stipt en niet flexibel genoeg ...20min. te laat en uw massage heb je voor niets betaald ! geen herkansing of verplaatsing mogelijk...zelfs niet bij verwittiging. ook de hapjes zijn ontzettend basic (gefrituurde doos-hapjes) ik verwacht hier toch een iets 'gezonder' en kwalitatiever versnaperingen... (ook weinig verassend) open haard mocht 'ns niet aan ? jammer dat de uurtarieven wel meevallen maar met een uur niets gedaan krijgt ...dan ga je naar 3uur vertoeven en besef je dat het nog voorbij vliegt en het uiteindelijk een duur verblijf wordt ... maar ik blijf erbij zeer aangename beleving... ...

   On friday,11/09/2009 , my daughter en I, went to the Mango shop in Gent(Belgium) at 11.00 a clock in the morning. There we buy some cloths , but we are very angry and discontended over the way the saleswomens did there job. There was a very anti-customer atmosphere and it is in the first time of my life I had any words of anger with the saleswomens. I am 51 year old and like to buy cloths for me and my daughters. I shall never go(also my daughters) again to the shop in Gent ! and I have my own opinion about this sales-experience ! It's a pitty ...

   I bought a jacket but when I paid for, it seemed that the alarm system did'nt come of. They couldn'n give me the jacket but the shopmanager would be contacted and I would have to come back few days later. After second and even third visit I still don't have a jacket. Unprofessional assistants in shop. Nobody knows of nothing !!! Worthless shop. Money could not be returned !!!!! Unbelievable. ROVERS ...

   Never been treated so bad. We had to wait 20 min.before the waiter came to take our order , then after 45 min still nothing on the table . My wife asked the waiter how come it takes so long , he said he would be there soon . Another 10 min. passed and another waiter came to light a candle on our table and asked what we would like to drink and we informed him we placed our order 1 hour ago , his answer was : If you don't like it you can leave. What we did . Never ever again they will see me in this place again. ...

   Plenty of intruments, plenty of place, plenty of activities, plenty of programs, everything is very nice except one thing: for exercises with weights there's lack of program counseling. The trainers are there but maybe don't know to suggest good and effective programs. It's a pitty since all the other services are excellent and the membership price reasonable. ...
