Stadium Coupure is 'the place to be' in Gent om te sporten in een uniek kader. Fitnessen in onze stijlvolle loft onder professionele begeleiding. Naast squash en klimmen zit je bij ons ook goed voor groepslessen zoals cycling, dansen, aerobics, yoga, trilplaten, ... Na de inspanning kan je bij ons ook heerlijk ontspannen onder de zonnebank, in de sauna of aan onze healthbar.

Plenty of intruments, plenty of place, plenty of activities, plenty of programs, everything is very nice except one thing: for exercises with weights there's lack of program counseling. The trainers are there but maybe don't know to suggest good and effective programs. It's a pitty since all the other services are excellent and the membership price reasonable.
