I got the same experience. They don't listen to what the client wants. They just do whatever they think is best or like most. I will need a few months before my hair will look like I want it to look. I would never go there again, the people are not friendly and do not speak Dutch at all, which also makes it difficult to explain yourself. I wouldn't even go there for a recovery attempt.

Went in to get a simple freewheel changed (pretty basic stuff for a bike repair place) but they wanted to change the entire wheel, change the entire chain set and gave me an outrageous price for it all.
