Excellent for fussy eaters, Soul promises organic, dairy-free, gluten-free meals for vegetarians and meat-eaters. Imaginative cuisine - see their website for the menu - but skip the lacklustre desserts, the one course where you'll really miss the presence of cream. Not cheap at around 30 euro per person and it's a small restaurant so not for big groups either. But wonderful for people with dietary problems who simply can't find many dining out options in the city.

I do not know what 'Barbara W.' means in his post by talking about "place Finland. In my opinion it was for another restaurant where they have changed their decor meantime. The interior of the Soul is not exceptional, rather simple style bistro. Place in a fairly quiet street with little passing. The service is pleasant and friendly. I'm not the trend (or mode) of the buffa bio. But here, frankly, it's worth the detour. A rather crude map but for all tastes. It is used copiously alas we did not even have to make desserts that looked super good. Good value for money. Place highly recommend!

Delicious dishes of Finnish sisters in slow food tradition. With a little bio and lots of mood food. Healthy dishes using the makers can affect your mood. Small restaurant with lots of charm in a small street, a gem that is worth discovering hidden between the Sablon and Marolles. I go there a few times a year. Unfortunately they do not speak Dutch, but English and French.

Location Finland? The 2 sisters are in the kitchen. Lots of things, small things mottled, lights confetti everywhere. Tiles that would almost think of old cobblestones. All in the heart of the oldest neighborhood "brusseleer. In short, be "strange". Neither beautiful nor ugly. Finns I guess. The bio-fusion cuisine is excellently excellent! Being a Gluten affirmed, I found true happiness is a gourmet without incurring the usual frustrating dietary restrictions due to allergies. Soul Live! Around 30 euros to be comfortable.
