This bar, located near the ULB, is the meeting point of a lot students during the day. Open from 10 AM, you can enjoy your coffee on the sunny terrace (if the weather permits it), or have one of their beers in an old sofa inside. On the evening, the smoky atmosphere invades the place, with jazz concerts on wednesday, and dj's from thursday to saturday (electro, funk, disco,...). Dont miss the favorite drink here: Mojito!! Service at the bar, and democratic prices.

The Tavernier is a very nice bar in the neighborhood of the ULB (Solbosch). Prices are normal, the atmosphere is relaxed ...

Note! Events and concerts essential JAZZBREAK held every Wednesday March-June and September to December. Jazzbreak innkeeper transforms into a loft filled with Jazz music, Soul, Funk, Hip Hop and all LIVE! The place became the cultural, cosmopolitan and eclectic! The quality of these events (since 2003) is more bragging to count the number of fans ... Lack filled in Brussels!

At first glance, the place is nice. The decor and lighting create an intimate atmosphere but the music is often too strong, it is difficult to understand the debate. Regarding tariffs, it is as even more expensive than usual damage.

In Tavernier, there are always people and the atmosphere still ... Sometimes the music is too loud when playing dj for example. This is not serious when they arrange the room and remove a few tables to create a dance floor, but it's less funny when they do not. That said, if it bothers you you can still sip a mojito or drink a beer on the terrace, which is heated in winter!

Very nice bar located in the heart of the student district. It quickly became one of your regular bars. A safe bet. In summer it is packed! A victim of its success, good luck finding a place on the terrace! Bar service. You can also attend concerts and special evenings on certain nights.
