Boomba-Coiffure

I have been a client of Boomba's for the last 6-7 years and have never had reason to complain (both my cut and colour have always been excellent), unfortunately though it seems that instead of making regular customers feel valued the philosophy of the salon is to not make an effort because they are regular. The website mentions a warm welcome and massage but of late both have definitely been lacking but again something I can get over.
On my last visit I was left sitting at the wash basin for 40 mins but when I asked for a brushing (normally I let it dry naturally as I have curly hair) I was told there wasn't time (or I could wait another 40 mins)! Having already spent 3 hrs in the salon and about to hand over €134 I was not impressed.
I have to say it leaves me in a little bit of a bind. I am very reluctant to change hairdresser but at the same time I am fed up of paying my hard earned cash and receiving poor service.
