As I remember Rosa's, it is a very small, quaint little restaurant. I had a fantastic sole meuniere with chips and salad, and my boyfriend had (I think!) veal wrapped in parma ham and maybe mozzarella? I couldn't try his as I don't eat meat and he hadn't had veal before, but he thought it was fine. Nothing fantastic, and a reworked presentation wouldn't go a miss. We had a beautiful baileys/coffee ice cream granite dessert thing. I would say that the restaurant isn't the best in Brussels, but it is extremely cheap in comparison to the other restaurants, and the fact that the food was good - though not excellent - means it is worth visiting, as great value for money. Perhaps I am being a bit critical as I should add in: everyone's meals in the restaurant were cooked by Rosa herself, on her own, in full view of the restaurant. There was also just one waiter, and I think a good job was done all in all.
