   I recently discovered Le Mess, and I was deligthed by the experience ! The setting and interior are really nice, and the covered terrace is truly unique. We started with the Tuna which was really great ! Regarding the bill, it was perfect - especially because we were using our RestoPass ;) I received a RestoPass from Christmas, and it is really great value for money: you discover nice places, and you get 30% discount on the bill ! It is no surprises that "Le Mess" is within their short list, you can go there without hesitation ! ...

   The staff are friendly but a bit slow. The restaurant is cute inside, but when we went it heated up very quickly...there was no fresh air coming in! The burgers were overcooked and dry. They put raw bacon on our burgers. By "raw" I mean the bacon was not fried and crispy, it was lukewarm and flabby. In my view the ratio of bread to burger is too high (too much bread) and the bread itself was already a bit stale and dry. It was not typical burger bread...it was some bio-healthy stuff.    For being a rather well known establishment with actually quality products it is to me a mystery how the service level (staff) can be so abysmally arrogant and lousy. If I was rating only the food I would recommend the place. However, when taking into account the completely worthless, hyper arrogant, slow and disinterested staff I have to admit that I have on several occasions discouraged a number of friends from trying this cafe. As Brussels is a city with plenty of cafes, I certainly would recommend a rather large number of other places instead of this cafe. ...

   Promising gym when it opened 2 years ago- excellent equipment, nice swimming pool, badminton court, sauna and professional staff, Seems something went wrong, staff at the reception is very unfriendly with big attitude. Zero customer orientation with the exception of Stefan. Coaches look unmotivated and do not approach clients with guidance unless they pay for it.
