   I would say that service at this shop is really poor. Only the ladies on the children cloth floor are nice. The manager is rather rude when she always starred at the clients as if they are thieves. The service here needs to be improved urgently... Look at Zara, your neighbor, where clients feel as home when shopping.. I like Esprit clothes but not very much like to shop in this store... Hope you listen to my voice... Thank you. ...
