I visited Maison de Crepes last January and was very impressed by what I saw and ate there. It's a true insider tip since it's a bit off the beaten track and I'd probably never had discovered it in the first place hadn't it been for my friends from Gent. One of the surprises was how the pancakes were folded, in an envelope-like manner. I tried the ones with apple, honey and ham(if I remember correctly) and it tasted spectacular...Thumbs up!
