Overpriced + no customer service : Habitat Brussels. I used to shop there quite a lot, but it has become less and less because I think it's just not worth the money. Prices are about five times as high as at Ikea, but the design is not necessarily nicer and the quality is not necessarily better. Plus, they don't have a very customer-friendly return policy. I recently tried to return a lamp (within two weeks after the purchase), but they would not even exchange it for another lamp.... Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to count very much. I wonder if they can really afford such kind of behavior in view of the fact that Habitat is broke in many countries already...

I don’t recommend this realtor: I was not happy with the apartment I found through her and moved out after two months already. But what’s even worse is that I really don’t have the impression that I was treated fairly and honestly. (She was not helpful in finding a new tenant when I moved out, but instead found a new tenant herself a few months later and was thus paid a commission for the same apartement within a few months twice…) I will certainly never use her services again
