My skin have been BURNED two times at Wax-Zone. The first one, was on the bikini; part of my skin went off with the wax (interior of one lip). Moreover they did several little injuries with the tweezers on my legs. That time, they kindly offered me a bonus as compensation. The 18th may, I went to have my legs waxed and part of the skin went off with the wax, again. The doctor told me, the skin was burnt and that I SHOULDN'T sunbathe in 2 months to avoid that a big dark stain remains on my skin (I have been using an special cream). This time I asked for a reimbursement of my subscription (I renew it the same 18th). The girls working there told me to contact the management by email, and that's what I did. Unfortunately I am still waiting for an answer.
